1. Shipping Times:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of payment.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

  • We offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping options.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination address.

  • Customers can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing their purchase.

3. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Restrictions:​

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $125 dollars within the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process:

  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided.

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@pillowpasha.com

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. If a customer receives free shipping for purchasing over $125 worth of merchandise, and makes a return which lowers their total purchase price under the $125 free shipping limit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from their total refund amount.

8. Refund Processing Time:

  • Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account.
