When choosing an insert, it depends on your preference for fullness and feel. We recommend sizing up if you're using softer inserts like down or down-alternative to achieve a plump, polished look. If you're using firmer or fuller inserts, you can match the listed cover dimensions.

Sizing Tips:
 • For a 20x20" pillow cover → use a 22x22" insert
 • For a 14x20" pillow cover → use a 14x22" or 16x22" insert

Since our covers are made from soft organic cotton, a properly sized insert helps maintain shape and prevents wrinkling.

It’s also naturally hypoallergenic, making it a great option for those with sensitivities to dust or natural fills like down.
